These terms govern use of the Luthuthifi website at https://luthuthifi.com/ and the commissioning of professional photo and video production services. By sending a brief, paying a deposit, or using the site you offer to contract with Luthuthifi, Hlavná 65, Košice 040 01, Slovakia.
Estimates and dates
Estimates cover crew, equipment, studio or location, and finishing as listed. Third-party costs (talent, locations, catering, travel, stock, licenses, overtime) are extra unless written otherwise. A date is held after a deposit. Cancellation and postponement fees follow the estimate and call sheet. Weather, illness, and access failure beyond reasonable control may move a day; we will rebook in good faith.
Delivery
We deliver stills and motion in the formats named in the wrap email — typically colour-managed stills, Rec.709 or HDR masters, and agreed cutdowns. Raw camera files remain studio working material unless the contract buys a raw license. Colour decisions in the approved grade are the delivery reference. Social crops and language versions are included only if listed.
Turnaround starts when selects or a locked cut are approved in writing. Delay in client feedback pauses the clock. Storage of working projects after the revision window is a quoted retrieval, not an open archive.
Intellectual property
Until invoices are paid, Luthuthifi retains copyright in commissioned work. On full payment, usage is licensed as specified (territory, term, media, exclusivity). Unlicensed use — including training of generative systems on the files, stock resale, or use outside the licensed media — is not granted. Credits are requested on editorial uses where customary. Treatments and unaccepted pitches remain our copyright.
Client materials (products, logos, talent releases, confidential decks) stay the client’s property. We use them only to produce the job. The client warrants they have rights to appear on camera and to the products we photograph, scan, or recreate in CGI, and will indemnify the studio for claims arising from those materials.
Conduct on set
The studio may refuse work that is unlawful or that would reasonably endanger crew. Clients and visitors follow the call sheet, insurance limits, and house rules at Hlavná 65, Košice 040 01, Slovakia.
Liability
We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data beyond reasonable backup practice, or indirect loss. Liability is capped at fees paid for the relevant job, except where Slovak law forbids a cap (including injury caused by our negligence).
Law
