Luthuthifi (“we”, “the studio”) produces commercial photography, video, colour grading, post-production, 3D rendering and motion graphics for brands and agencies. Who is responsible

We process data to respond to briefs, perform contracts, keep production records, meet accounting duties, and, where the law requires it, to establish or defend legal claims. Processing is based on contract, legitimate interests in running a production company, and legal obligation.
What we collect
From clients and enquiries we typically collect name, role, company, email, phone, project notes, call sheets, location permissions, and the likeness of talent or employees who appear in commissioned stills or films. From the website we may receive technical logs from the host (IP address, browser, pages requested). We do not buy marketing lists. The contact form sends a message to the studio inbox; it is not used for silent profiling or advertising auctions.
Call sheets, cast lists, and release forms often contain dates of birth, ID numbers, or emergency contacts because insurance or locations demand them. We collect only what a given job requires and we do not use those fields for marketing.
Client media
Raw stills, video, audio, CGI assets, grades, and masters are processed only to deliver the commissioned work and the archives named in the contract. We do not use a client’s unpublished footage to train public AI models, sell stock, or retarget ads. Publication rights follow the production contract, not this website’s contact form. Unused castings and rejected selects are deleted or returned as the contract states.
Processors and transfers
Processors may include secure file transfer, cloud edit and storage, colour-managed review, accounting, and email. Transfers outside Slovakia occur only when a production, vendor, or cloud region requires it, with contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Briefs and invoices are kept for the statutory accounting period under Slovak law. Working camera files stay for the revision window in the estimate, then follow the archive clause. Enquiry emails without a job are deleted within 24 months unless a longer hold is required for a dispute.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in Slovakia or, if you are in the EU/EEA, with your local authority. This site is intended for business clients, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Social media
Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Vimeo open those services. Their processing is described in their own policies. We do not embed tracking pixels from those networks on this static site.
